With an impressive academic and professional career, the individual has authored and co-authored 99 research papers and has served as a guide for DNB Endocrinology students. Recognized for outstanding contributions to the field, they received the prestigious Economic Times “Legends of India” Doctors’ Day Conclave Award on June 30, 2022. Further cementing their reputation, they were honored with the Health Care Award by the Health Minister of Telangana and legendary cricketer Kapil Dev on October 8, 2022. Their expertise has been widely acknowledged, having delivered orations at esteemed platforms such as the 2013 ESI-ENDO Society of India, international academic conferences like the US ENDO Conference 2014 in Houston, and RSSDI 2013, particularly focusing on bariatric surgery and diabetes remission. Additionally, they have contributed to the professional community by serving as the Ex-Treasurer of the Endocrine Society of India and the Endocrine Society of Telangana. Currently, they hold the position of Treasurer at the Endocrine Society of Telangana.
